The Company’s daily operations are lead by Chief Executive Officer - Sam Hatcher.

Sam Hatcher is the Chief Manager and chief executive officer of the Company.  Mr. Hatcher has been a veteran journalist and newspaper management executive for more than 30 years.  He began his career in the newspaper industry as a sports writer for The Lebanon Democrat while attending college.  Holding both a bachelor of science and law degree, Mr. Hatcher’s experience has involved all facets of the industry.  He has served as a general assignment reporter, news editor, account executive in advertising sales and for 23 years served as the chief executive officer of The Lebanon Democrat.  Mr. Hatcher is a past President of the Tennessee Press Association and has won numerous awards for news and editorial writing. He retired at the rank of Colonel in 2006 from the Tennessee Army National Guard and served as Chair of a National Guard Public Affairs Committee in Washington, D.C..  Mr. Hatcher is a member of the Cumberland University Board of Trust and a former Vice Chairman of that Board.
